Whether it is assistance with press, partners, how to solve logistics/food, registration or how to make the day flow, these are the small details that count and they really understand that.
We had a great stay with you. I would like to say that you delivered better than expected, and better than most other conference centers / hotels we’ve been to.
I was particularly impressed with the service attitude of the staff, and the positive atmosphere and experience everyone actively helped to create. I think the probability is great that we come back.

We used X Meeting Point for our management team of approx. 110 participants in August. We were extremely pleased with the execution. We had both a gathering and a dinner in the evening, in the grand hall X-Box on day one, and the room is great for such a large group. In addition, we used more rooms in the conference section on day two. The service is impeccable and help (if required) is in place in a very short time.
It was always easy to collaborate with the conference staff which assisted with good and accurate planning of the gathering throughout. The «Sharing» comes highly recommended in Restaurant Gård, and make sure not to miss suggestions for fun team activities in the evening.
Xmeeting and Moxy offer a unique and tailored conference and hotel experience out of the ordinary. With its ideal location between Oslo and Gardermoen, this was a very suitable location when we were gathering employees from all over Scandinavia for the season’s sales kickoff.
Good food, unique design, quality technical equipment and other conference facilities combined with a fantastic service attitude to our contacts makes this hotel/conference center a sure success! We will definitely use this place for future events!

We are generally very pleased with the entire arrangement at X Meeting Point! Everything from the cooperation ahead of our event to the actual execution. When we arrived on the day, everything was done and worked perfectly (how often has one not had to spend a lot of time on technical challenges in meeting rooms! – very nice that this just worked). Lots of nice people who answered all the questions we had and that were helpful. Fun that we got to have a picture of all the staff down on the big screen in the foyer.
The food was very good, everything from the break-food to the lunch in the restaurant. Fresh and good, and a bit different than what “regular” hotels often offer. Fun with nuts and little food for everyone in the meeting room after lunch. The venues were beautiful, modern and perfect for a kick off. Must also mention the evening with Eventgarden/Tærud farm that could not have been better, this was top notch.
As you can see, we have no complaints about our stay, and will be happy to come back.

Work beforehand of participant reporting etc went smoothly. Nice with staff who take the time to make several good reviews on the phone so that we can secure all the details of the event.
The rooms appear new and fresh (because they are new and fresh). Meeting facilities are incredibly good and cater for many different solutions, whether you need many smaller rooms or some larger ones.
Airport shuttle directly to Gardermoen and to Oslo stops at the stairs of the hotel and departs every half hour, this spared our customers from unnecessary waiting at Gardermoen and on return journey. Everybody could take the bus when it suited them so they could make their flight. Nice that it’s located outside the city centre, as this helps keep the group together.
The biggest benefit the hotel has (even with such a fresh hotel) is the staff. We were exclusively met with smiles and an obvious desire to assist in ensuring that our event was 100% satisfactory. Even when it’s hectic, the staff are all smiles. This applies to everything from waiters to administration. Our maitre d’ excelled and had an impressive control. At an event of 12 prizes to be awarded, 3 courses and entertainment that lasted for over three hours, at the end of the dinner we were only 30 SECONDS late, according to the plan. This was due to complete control from the maitre d’ as well as skilled and quick waiters. We are well accustomed to good maitre d’s as we arrange about 50 such dinners a year at different hotels at home and abroad. This is something we have been doing for almost 20 years and Simon is in the top 3 list of skilled maitre d’s.
