"TREMENDOUS CONTROL FROM THE HEAD WAITER AS WELL AS A SKILLED AND FAST WAITSTAFF!"

The work in advance informing participants etc. was painless. It’s nice to meet employees who take the time for several good run-throughs on the phone so that we can secure all the details of the event. The meeting room facilities are incredibly good and offer many different solutions, whether you need many smaller rooms or a few larger ones. With an airport bus directly to Gardermoen and to Oslo that stops at the stairs of the conference center and departs every half hour, this saved our customers from unnecessary waiting to and from Gardermoen. Everyone could take the bus that suited them to catch their flight. It’s also nice that it is so far outside the city center as this helps keep the group together. The biggest advantage the center has is the staff. We are greeted exclusively with smiles and an obvious desire to assist to ensure that our event is 100%. Even when it’s hectic, there are only smiles to see on the staff. This applies to everything from waiters to administration. Our head waiter excelled and handled everything impressively. At an event with 12 prizes to be handed out, 3 courses and entertainment which in total lasted over three hours, by the end of the dinner we were only 30 SECONDS off schedule. This was due to tremendous control from the head waiter as well as a skilled and fast waitstaff. We are well experienced with good head waiters as we organize around 50 such dinners a year at various hotels both in the country and abroad. This is something we have now been doing for almost 20 years and Simon is on the top 3 list of skilled head waiters.

"Couldn't be better!"

We are genuinely very satisfied with the entire arrangement at X Meeting Point! Everything from the collaboration in advance to the implementation itself. When we arrived on the day of, everything was finished and worked perfectly (how often have you not spent a lot of time on technical challenges in meeting rooms – very nice that this just worked). Lots of nice people who answered all the questions we had and were helpful. It was nice that we got to have a picture of all the employees down on the big screen in the foyer. The food was great, everything from the break food to the lunch in the restaurant. Fresh and tasty, and a little different from what “normal” hotels often offer. Fun with nuts and snacks for everyone in the meeting room after lunch. The premises were great, modern and perfect for a kickoff. Also have to mention the evening with Eventgarden / Tærud gård which couldn’t have been better, there was a great atmosphere here. As you can see, we have nothing to complain about staying with you and would be happy to come again.

X Meeting Point and Moxy offer a unique and tailored conference and hotel experience out of the ordinary. With its ideal location between Oslo and Gardermoen, this was a very suitable location when we were to gather employees from all over Scandinavia for the season’s sales kickoff. Good food, unique design, quality of technical equipment and other conference facilities combined with a fantastic service minded staff makes this hotel/conference center a sure success! We will definitely be using this venue for future events!

“GOOD AND ACCURATE PLANNING THROUGHOUT. THE LUNCH IS RECOMMENDED!"

We used X Meeting Point for our management meeting for approx. 110 participants in August and were extremely satisfied with the implementation. We held a meeting and a dinner in the evening in the main hall X-box one day and the room is great for such a large group. In addition, we used several rooms in the conference section on the second day. The service is impeccable, and help (if needed) is in place within a very short time. It is always easy to collaborate with the conference staff – who assist with good and accurate planning of the gatherings throughout our stay. The “Sharing” lunch can be recommended in the Gård restaurant and don’t miss their suggestions for fun team activities in the evening.
